Premier Community HealthCare (Premier) seeks to bring awareness to February’s National Children’s Dental Health Month by hosting its second annual Children’s Dental Day. Dentists will provide a full day of low-cost dental services for children under 18 years of age.
There are 100 dental appointment slots available for services such as X-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants and fillings. As a community health center serving all, no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Florida KidCare, are accepted. Services will be provided at a special discounted fee of $15 for children under 18 years of age without insurance. Appointments must be made by calling 352.518.2000. Limited walk-in slots are available.
In addition to dental services, Premier will also provide games and educational activities for children while they wait, as well as free giveaways and prizes.
Dr. Jose Peralta, DDS dental director at Premier, will be available for pre-event media interviews as well as on-site interviews at the Dade City location.

By hosting Children’s Dental Day, Premier’s goal is to start children on the road to great oral health.
