Abandoned Pets
Thursday, July 21, 2011
With times being difficult, many families are suffering and for some, the challenges bring out the best but that is not true for all. Families are relocating and often times attention or priority can’t be lended to pets so many families are forced to abandon their animals. In the last few years, there has been an increase in the need for good homes, for good loving pets. For example, these 3adorable kittens, when only 5 weeks oldwereabandoned in a neighborhood yard and Lucy, was abandoned to the streets after the familywas forced to leavetheir apartment. Two months later she had four kittens living in the log of an old tree. Bad times call for high resourcefulness even for the animals. Often, we feel like with so much to do, where do we begin?
The first step is a willing spirit and an open home. All of these cats have been spayed, neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped & de-wormed and are now available for adoption! Claws and Paws has created an opportunity for you to provide a companion for a friend, family member or loved one. These friendly felines are anxiously awaiting a real home, with real walls and a family to love them. For serious inquiries regarding adopting Lucy, please call her foster home (Eleanor) 813-782-8336 after July 24, 2011. If you’d like to offer these kittens a loving home, contact (Claws and Paws) 813-780-8830.
