Family Medical Center introduced you to Dr. Hector Guevara in July 2009. We want to reintroduce you to him as the new owner of Family Medical Center. He is looking forward to helping the community by providing Quality Health Care for those in need. We would also like to welcome Dr. Victor Lugo to the family. He his the new Doctor on staff that will help to provide the quality care each patient desreves. Family Medical Center accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and most private insurances, as well as Medicare/Medicaid and some Medicaid HMO’s. We also provide competitive pricing for self pay patients, without medical insurance. We are located at 13438 Fort King Road Dade City, Fl. 33525.
