For the past 14 years Mike and Karen Williams, owners of Topline Tire and Automotive have been taking excellent care of their customers! Topline Tire and Automotive proudly enjoys a 95% repeat customer base. “This, in the world of automotive repair, is tremendous,” said Mike Williams. “Customers drive from as far away as St. Petersburg and Leesburg.” Many winter visitors also trust Topline for all of their maintenance and repair needs while in Florida. “Some customers have been with us for more than 20 years, following their favorite mechanic from a previous employer,” added Mike. The same is true of their staff, long time employees is the norm for Mike and Karen. Several customers, who have moved out of state, also continue to schedule their repair/maintenance work while visiting family members locally. Mike and Karen are serious professionals, with over 30 years experience when it comes to fixing your car! Mike Williams stated that he takes his work “very personally.” Each issue and the related costs are gone over carefully with every customer. There are no hidden charges. “We stand behind our work 100%. If the repair is not right - it bothers us a lot more than the customer,” added Williams.

When Mike and Karen Williams close up shop in the evening, they enjoy spending time on their horse ranch in Sumter County along with their dog Hank. They are involved in boating and radio-controlled vehicles. All of this takes the Williams into the outdoors that they love.
