Rev. Nathaniel Sims, Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church presented “God is Our Hero”; at the theme for this years Vacation Bible School. Over 100 students attended and the event was described as a “huge Success!” Bibles were distributed, great evening meals were shared and the Word of God was studied thru bible study, music, action games and bible crafts all week. Our students enjoyed eating and learning about the nine “Fruits of the Spirit”. The teen class became “Hero-porters” as they took pictures of the classes and activities as they compiled a memory scrapbook. The “He-roes” and “She-roes” received recognition at the Awards and Celebration Presentation Party on Friday evening. Class presentations were very well done, including the Adult Class, as they performed a very meaningful skit, about letting nothing get in your way, while trying to reach out for Jesus Christ.
The St. Paul M.B. Church family extends a huge heart-felt thank you to all the wonderful businesses in the Pasco County community who donated goods and services for our 2010 Vacation Bible School event. Contributions were received from many of our well wishers. We say thank you and may our Father God continue to pour His Blessings upon you all thru His Son Jesus Christ. Thank you and See you again next year!!
