Local Restaurant Transforms into a “Hawaiian Vacation”
Wednesday, August 25, 2010
Clock Family Restaurant on US 301 in Zephyrhills recently hosted a fun filled event - a Hawaiian Luau! The event was held on Sunday, Aug. 8th. Sand crunched under “vacationers” feet as they entered the front door through the Palm Tree lined pathway. Lei's were given out to welcome guests. Individual fresh fruit cups marked each place setting and guests were treated to (non-alcoholic) Pina Coladas. The event was buffet style with ham from a whole roasted hog and tropical glazed tilapia. Entrees included steak kabobs, shrimp skewers, Hawaiian rice and more. Everything went off smoothly and the staff managed to handle the large crowd attracted by the event. Patrons relaxed and enjoyed live music and entertainment from our area's very own Elvis Impersonator. Stay tuned for more info in Pasco Shopper regarding other upcoming events at Clock Family Restaurant. See you at the Clock! 813-788-2511
